HELP WITH MOBILE PHONE
BATTERY ISSUES
- The most obvious problem could be you need a battery replacement. If your phone barely makes it past, the 10-hour mark and you do not do anything too intensive like streaming or playing games, consider replacement.
- Random shut offs are also a common symptom. If your smartphone turns off at 30 percent or even 50 percent, the health of your battery has likely deteriorated significantly. When your phone reaches a certain battery threshold, this is usually due to an aging lithium-ion battery.
- Even though battery replacements are very useful, they can also be a hassle to be done. In fact it’s not unlike getting work done on your car: You might be able to do it yourself, but it’s probably easier to pay someone else to do it, and you should expect to be without your phone for a while as you wait for the repair to finish

- Do not use just any tools lying around in your house — you can damage your phone.
- Replacing a battery requires a bit more work than it once did.

- Take it to a professional for change.
