• Keep software up-to-date: The main reasons why software companies provides their software up to date is to add new features fix known bugs and upgrade security.

• Avoid opening suspicious emails: If an emails, looks suspicious do not open it because it might be a phishing fraud, sometimes the emails may include attachments or links that can infect your device. Contact the IT department immediately if this happens frequently.
